Me VS. the World

It's quarter to 1 in the morning. . .I'm just sittin' down to work. It's been a long weekend. It's been a long month, actually. It's been one of those long, dangerous months. You know, when you don't know if you're gonna make it to the next month. . .like you might not come out of this one alive. Yeah...one of those months. Good times.

Anyway, here's a Commission I did for DJ Shwann of 2 of his OCs goin' at it jungle style.

It's gettin' harder to work on personal art these days. Between work and the kids it's difficult to get a real good pencil workout. But I guess I'd rather be Daddy than an art god.

...but I'm so close to art god though.

Reclusive. . .

I've been feeling really shut in lately. I think the extrovert in me packed up and quit. I just wanna' isolate myself in my office/living room and work for days at a time.

. . .i may be turning into a recluse. I really don't wanna be one of those old dudes with the wierd beard and piss/arm pit odor who only come out of the house to stock up on more cans of pork 'n' beans. I just don't wanna be that guy. And I'm comin' up on 30. . .that guy is right around the corner.

So yeah, I figured I should update this thing. It's been awhile. Here are a few commissions i did awhile back. More stuff comin' soon.

I wanna update this thing more often but most of what i've been on isn't published yet. That and right now there's just no time for personal stuff. I'm multigrindin' in every direction (yeah i made that word up...you can use it). Also, I'm workin' on a 'big picture' project that i'm keeping close to the chest for now. Just wanted to let yall know there's something big on the horizon. more on that later. . .

Whats that? you wanna know my plans for 2010? well, readers... I plan on getting alot out to you. Not just content but quality. There are stories that need to be told and I'm doin the tellin'. So stay tunned. more on that SOON.

Nothin really to post lately, so here's some work stuff. Early stages of a work in progress (or 'wip' for cool people...or 'wo n pro' for douches). This whole peice is actually close to completion but I stopped saving process shots....so....that's all you get.
